How does the ordering process work?

You can easily browse our selection on the product page and view each item in detail. Once you've found something you'd like to order, add the item, along with the desired design and quantity, to your shopping cart.
Once you're finished browsing, you can access your desired items using the shopping cart icon and finalize your order by clicking »Checkout.« Double-check that you've selected the correct style and quantity, enter your billing and shipping address, and submit your order.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation and your favorite items will be on their way to you in no time!

Can I order the items for private use?

Unfortunately, there is currently no option to pay for your order privately. However, we are working on a solution and will do everything we can to make our catalog available to you for personal use. Until then, payment will be processed through your company and must be coordinated with your manager.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address, e.g. to my home?

Yes, you can specify a different delivery address during the checkout process and have it conveniently delivered to your home, for example. It's important that you enter the correct company name and address in the billing address.

Do you also ship internationally?

Thanks to our internal parcel service provider »LIT Compact Courier« we can ship your order worldwide.

I've changed my mind and would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

Because we strive to process your order quickly, you can cancel your order within one hour of placing it. To do so, click the link in your order confirmation or go to your profile and cancel the relevant order.
If you would like to cancel your order later, please contact us using the form or by email to shop@lit.ag .

Can I return or exchange something?

If the items you ordered don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them at any time. Simply send us a message via the contact form or by email to shop@lit.ag . You will then receive a credit note or an alternative item as soon as possible.

Where can information about the cost center be provided if orders are to be assigned to a specific department?

Orders are billed via monthly invoices from LIT AG to the respective subsidiaries and contact persons. Therefore, it is important that you always state the correct company name when placing your order.
In this case, no information about the cost center is required.

Can I add a different logo/label to individual items?

For many items, there is a minimum order value of 50 or more. Therefore, we can generally only offer this option for larger orders.

I have an idea for a new product or need special promotional materials for a project/event. Who can I contact?

We'd be happy to work with you to create new items. Please note that for many of our purchasing items, we have a minimum order value of 50 pieces, for example.
